Privacy policy on the use of personal data pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003

Processing purpose
The personal data collected will be used exclusively to fulfill your request for explanatory, commercial and promotional information and they will be exclusively kept for the necessary time. With reference to the processing for the purpose of sending commercial and promotional communications of its own services, the data will be kept until any request to the contrary is submitted.

Data processing method
The processing can be carried out using both electronic and manual means, in compliance with all the precautions necessary to ensure the security and confidentiality of the information, in compliance with the requirements referred to in Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Attachment B concerning the minimum security measures.

Categories of subjects to which the data can be communicated
The data will not be disseminated, sold or exchanged with third parties, except when it is necessary to fulfill the request of the concerned party or this is essential for technical and operational needs, strictly related to the aforementioned purposes. In any case the use by third parties will take place in full compliance with the principle of fairness and law provisions. Rights referred to in article 7.
Finally, we inform you that in relation to the aforesaid processing you may exercise the rights that article 7 of the decree grants you, and in particular:
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation on the existence of its personal data, even if they are not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain information on:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) the logic applied in the case of processing performed with electronic means;
d) the identification details of the Data Controller, Data Supervisors and Persons in Charge according to article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to which the personal data may be communicated or that may learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or appointed agents.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, amendment or, when interested, integration of the data;
b) deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of the data unlawfully processed, including those whose storage is not necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) were notified, also with regard to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except the case where such fulfilment is impossible or involves a manifestly disproportioned effort compared to the right being protected.
4. The interested party has the right to be opposed in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning his/her person, as well as those pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning his/her person for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communications.
Providing your data is considered mandatory because failure to provide the data will imply the impossibility by us to fulfil the requested service.
Consent is considered freely given by checking the box, “Yes I accept the privacy policy.”
